"Your Site Doesn't Work"

If you are trying to complete a loan application, print disclosures, or electronically sign documents, and are having difficulties, the source of your problems is probably out of date software on your computer or incorrect browser settings.

This website functions best if you are using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, and Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or later.  If you have problems using the site, you can upgrade those programs for free.  Internet Explorer can be upgraded by going to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e1550cb-5e5d-48f5-b02b-20b602228de6&DisplayLang=en, and the last button on the left side of this page will take you to Adobe's site to upgrade Acrobat Reader.

If you are having problems, check the program and version of the software you are using, and change or upgrade as necessary.  Also check your browser settings.  In Internet Explorer click "Tools" then "Internet Options" and select the "Privacy" tab.  Select "Advanced" and make sure that "Override Auto Cookie Handling" is checked.  You should also have both "1st Party Cookies" and "3rd Party Cookies" set to "Accept".  Finally make sure that "Always Allow Session Cookies" is checked.  Click "OK" then select the "Advanced" tab from the "Internet Options" screen.  Scroll almost to the bottom of the list of options and check both "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0", make sure "Use TLS 1.0" is not checked.  Click "OK" to save your changes, and your computer should work fine with the site.

If that doesn't resolve the problem or you don't want to switch or upgrade, please call to make arrangements to complete the loan application another way.
