Before becoming a mortgage broker I spent a decade providing companies of all sizes with objective advice as a consulting engineer. I am also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) licensee, and licensed insurance agent. I combine a consulting, not sales, orientation with outstanding knowledge and experience in all areas of finance. My educational experience includes an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL (Go Gators!) in 1985, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ in 1988, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Professional Development Institute of the University of North Texas in 1995.

As an independent mortgage broker (we are not owned by or obligated to do business with any other financial institution) my job is to find a loan program that matches your needs. I am not limited to selling you my own company's loan products, in fact, we don't have any proprietary loan products.
